Please join Haven for a 4 course paired dinner featuring Hall of Fame Master Distiller, Steve Nally of The Bardstown Bourbon Company.

We will be releasing the newest Collaboration Series Release, 9 Year Old Bourbon finished in Prisoner Wine Barrels. This release is very limited in the state of Florida. Steve Nally will walk through the whole creative process behind the various blends that are produced by Bardstown Bourbon Company.

In addition to tasting the New release we will be sampling the core items in Fusion and Discovery as well as the first Collaboration Series release Phiffer Pavitt Reserve.

Discovery, Cask Strength

1st course: 
Charred Prawns – szechuan peanuts, spicy nam pla, coconut rice, holy herbs

2nd course: 
Coal Grilled Paneer – pork shoulder pakora, glazed carrot, labneh, red current vindaloo
The Prisoner, finished in French Oak red wine casks

3rd course: 
Foie Gras & Duck Udon – cinnamon basil, red chilies, olive wood smoked soy sauce
The Discovery

4th course: 
Cocoa Braised Beef Rib – beets, sunchokes, rogue smokey blue, huckleberry
Phifer Pavitt, finished in Cabernet Sauvignon Casks
