Haven Michter’s Dinner

Michter’s US1, named to honor Michter’s heritage harkening back to America’s first whiskey company, founded in 1753 consists of some of the finest single barrel and truly small batch whiskeys available. Haven is delighted to welcome back these pioneers of whiskey.
Join us for a 6PM reception where you will be greeted with a specialty Michter’s Bourbon Cocktail, followed by a five-course dinner in Haven’s Chef Suite where our own Executive Chef Chad Johnson will pair each delectable course with expressions of rare and fine Michter’s whiskies.
Guests in attendance will also have the opportunity to purchase one of these highly sought after bottles after the dinner.

Bing Cherry Sachertorte – valrhona caraibe, macadamia, roasted banana ice cream
