It is with great pleasure that Haven is hosting the wines of Silverado. Come taste and learn about a selection of their esteemed wines from Kelly Cordes, Regional Sales Manager, Central Florida with Pacific Southern Wine Company and Brand Ambassador for Silverado Vineyards, while indulging in a 5 course dinner from the genius of Chef Chad Johnson.

Celebrating 40 years, Silverado Estate Vineyards, was founded in 1981 by Ron and Diane Miller and her mother, Lillian Disney. Silverado Vineyards has become an iconic estate and home to some of Napa Valley’s most-recognized wines.
Today, the third and fourth generations of the Miller family sustainably farm 360 acres across six estate vineyard sites in the Napa Valley.  From these, the winery which is located along the Silverado Trail in the Stag’s Leap district produces estate and single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, and Chardonnay as well as a variety of other small production wines.
