Indulge in our chefs’ creations inspired by the Bern’s menu (like Mushroom Fricassee with beef fat, shallot, thyme, bourbon, and creme fraiche or Pommes Aligot with comte, mozzarella, and garlic). Selections also include cuts from Bern’s aging room and steak sauces with a Haven twist. Find the occasional wine selection hand picked from the Bern’s cellar (just ask our management team about their favorite “treasure”) and finish your evening with a scoop of the Harry Waugh Dessert Room’s famous ice cream, macadamia nut.
