Indulge in our chefs’ creations inspired by the Bern’s menu. Creative plays like mushroom fricassee with beef fat, shallot, thyme, bourbon, and crème fraîche or French onion risotto with fontina and gjetost cheeses topped with sherry glazed onions serve as an homage to our esteemed sister restaurant. Selections also include cuts from Bern’s aging locker and steak sauce options with a whimsical Haven twist.
You can also enjoy a taste of Bern’s at Haven on our wine list with the occasional sommelier selection hand curated from the Bern’s cellar. Just ask our management team about their favorite “treasure” and watch their eyes light up in delight. Occasionally, you will even find Bern’s gems on the Haven Hour featured list.
Finish your evening with a scoop of the Harry Waugh Dessert Room’s famous frozen treat, macadamia nut ice cream. Haven is the only restaurant besides Bern’s Steak House where you can indulge in original ice cream recipes belonging to Bern and Gert, while at the same time experience creative and adventurous desserts like toasted olive oil cake with smoked olive oil ice cream.
